Introduce your dog to the world of scent work. This introductory class will lay out the foundation you and your dog need to use the dog’s nose to hunt for target odor. We will focus on developing your dog’s hunting skills, build confidence and desire for the game.

Put your dog’s nose to work and continue your adventure in scent work and the sport of nose work. Your dog will continue to advance their skills in searching in the nose work elements of containers, interior, exterior and vehicles.

Building on the skills you learned from previous scent work classes, this class focuses on finding more odors and increasing location challenges.

Continue your scent work journey and train your dog to find truffles! Oregon white and black truffles are native to our region and have culinary value. We’ll teach dogs to follow odor trails and uncover ripe truffles.

In this advanced class, continue to hone your truffle hunting skills with a group assessment followed by two 1.5 hour semi-private field forays. Fun!

Have some obdience fun with us in Rally class! A merge between agility and traditional obedience training, handlers go through a course from exercise to exercise.

Give your dog the foundation they need to excel in dog sports – and have fun with you as a teammate! In four weeks of class we will focus on developing play and reward systems, body awareness and footwork. Your team will be well prepared to begin the basics of any dog sport of your dreams!

Building on your skills from your Agility Fundamentals classes, we will add Contact Training and Tunnel Work. We’ll also focus on building body awareness and footwork skills, beginning handling techniques, turns and recalls to heel position. We’ll add jumping skills and weaves for dogs over 15 months old.

Looking for something fun to do with your pup but are not sure which sport you both may like? Through sampling four different sports, you will get to see which sport might be a good fit for your dog and their skills. Besides, having your dog try new things can be an enriching experience, and you will learn what each sport would be like for the human, as well.
